Refund Policy

At DigitalCodeStudio, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The primary design concept has not been approved.
  • The project has not progressed to revision stages.
  • No final files have been delivered.
  • The refund request is made within the specified refund period.
  • The cancellation is directly related to service issues and not external factors such as business closure or change of mind.
    • Business closure.
    • Rebranding or name change.
    • Disagreements between business partners.
  • The client is unresponsive for more than 14 days (2 weeks).
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • Another company or designer was hired for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacked essential information, leading to project delays.
  • The client requests a complete design overhaul after approvals.
  • The refund request is made beyond the allowed time frame.
  • Refund and revision policies do not apply to free items included in service packages.
  • The project involves third-party outsourcing, making refunds inapplicable.

Service-Specific Refund Guidelines

  • Logo Design: Refunds are not applicable once the client has provided positive feedback on revisions and the design is sent for final files.
  • Website Development: Refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the website design and it has been sent for development.
  • Service Bundles: If a client purchases a service bundle but is dissatisfied with one particular service, a refund will only be applicable to that specific service and not the entire bundle.
  • Marketing & Hosting Services: Services such as SEO, Social Media, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable once initiated.

Important Note:

  • DigitalCodeStudio reserves the right to hold or cancel any project or contract at any time if deemed necessary.
  • After a refund or dispute, the client loses all rights to use the designs for any purpose.
  • Service Bundles: If a client purchases a service bundle but is dissatisfied with one particular service, a refund will only be applicable to that specific service and not the entire bundle.
